About this position

We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team of professionals. We are seeking individuals who are comfortable in a professional environment. We are looking for individuals who understand that the support they offer our customers both before and after they buy and use our products and services — that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience with KLINGSPOR. Offering amazing customer service is important if we want to retain customers and grow our business.


Summary of essential job functions:

● Processes orders and returns from customers via telephone, e-mail, and online live chat with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

● Sends relevant information such as forms and applications to customers.

● Handles customer (both internal and external) questions and concerns.

● Works with other departments to efficiently handle customer needs.

● Data entry and research.

● Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Minimum requirements:

● High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher a plus.

● Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role.

 

Required Skills/Abilities required:

● Excellent communication skills including active listening.

● Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

● Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

● Strong problem solving skills.

● Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary Range: $43,888.00 To 46,000.00 Annually
