CS 308 wide belts have robust and tear-resistant YX-weight polyester/cloth backing, making them excellent for aggressive applications, such as rough stock removal grinding. The aluminum oxide grain and closed coat offers nearly complete coverage and a high stock removal rate. Use on metals or hardwoods. CS 308 has an extended grit range that allows coarse to ultra-fine belt sanding and polishing.
