The CS 920 Wide Belt uses advanced coating technology (ACT) - a special form of coating to reduce loading and improve finish. With the combination of ceramic aluminum oxide and multibond lubricant, this enhances grinding and cools the grinding surface. It features a Y-weight polyester backing that increases its durability while removing large amounts of stock. Closed coating is recommended for abrasives that are used for metalworking due to its long service life and high stock removal rate.
