Quick metal connect discs, or QMC, are quick change discs with metal locking and are fixed on the holder pad with an internal thread. Must be used with KLINGSPOR holder pads. Ceramic aluminum oxide is known for its high aggressiveness and stock removal on hard metals. It is the perfect quick change disc for applications that require aggression or disc longevity. For stainless steel applications, lubricated ceramic is recommended to aid in cooling and avoid clogging. Quick Change Discs are disposable discs with various backing and attachment methods. They offer instant disc changes and assure smooth running. Shifting on the machine is not a concern for these discs, always remaining centered. Quick change discs are even resistant to grinding heat and have a long service life. These products work well on flat surfaces, contoured surfaces, and in tight areas.
