If any KLINGSPOR products are found to be defective, buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy will be the replacement of any such products or, at KLINGSPOR’s option, the refund of buyer’s purchase price for said products. In any event, KLINGSPOR shall not be liable for any consequential damages.
