We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team of professionals.
This individual must be comfortable in a professional environment. This individual must understand the importance of the the support we offer our customers both before and after they buy and use our products and services. Their efforts will help our customers have an easy and enjoyable experience with KLINGSPOR.
Offering amazing customer service is important if we want to retain customers and grow our business.
This position has a bilingual requirement in order to better serve our customers:
- Must be fluent in Spanish as well as English.
Salary Range: $43,888.00 To 46,000.00 Annually

Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Processes orders and returns from customers via telephone, e-mail, and online live chat with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Sends relevant information such as forms and applications to customers.
- Handles customer (both internal and external) questions and concerns.
- Works with other departments to efficiently handle customer needs.
- Data entry and research.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher a plus.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
