For customers paying by debit/credit card, we have also improved the card payments workflow to enhance our online customer experience.

How to Place an Order:
- Build Your Cart
Begin by adding items to your cart as you would on any typical website, then proceed through the checkout process. - Select Unit of Measure (U.O.M.)
For some products, you'll now see an option to choose the Unit of Measure (U.O.M.) you'd like to purchase in. Previously, we displayed only a required quantity message. - Be sure to select the correct U.O.M. based on your needs.
- Prices will adjust automatically to reflect your chosen U.O.M.
- Note: The price shown is for one unit of the selected U.O.M.
- Be sure to select the correct U.O.M. based on your needs.
- Payment Options
If you have eligible payment terms with us, you’ll see two payment methods on the final checkout screen: - Credit Card – Always available for upfront payment.
- Terms Account – This option will show your credit limit, current balance, and how this order will affect your account.
- Credit Card – Always available for upfront payment.
- Place Your Order
After selecting your preferred payment method, click Confirm to place the order.
Having Trouble?
If for some reason an error occurs while attempting to checkout, you will see a popup that looks like this:
(Note that the popup always displays information saying your card was not charged, regardless of whether or not you are using a Credit Card or Terms to check out.)
If you receive an error during Credit Card processing, you may see a different error.
Record the order number from the popup, and give our Customer Relations team a call at +1 (800) 645-5555. They will be happy to place the order for you.
