How to Participate
Eligible customers must opt into the promotion by explicitly mentioning the promo when placing their order of $5,000 or more. Orders must be placed directly through a KLINGSPOR sales representative, by phone at (+1 (800) 645-5555), or by e-mail (orders@klingspor.com) to qualify. This promotion is not automatically applied and requires the customer to mention the promotion at the time of placing their order to receive the free gift.
Eligibility
This promotion is open exclusively to current, new, and reactivated customers of KLINGSPOR Abrasives, Inc. (“KLINGSPOR”) who are based in the United States of America. A reactivated customer is defined as an entity who has not placed any order with KLINGSPOR in the last 24 months. Participants must have a valid shipping address within the United States to be eligible for the gift.
Promotional Offer
Eligible U.S.-based customers who place an order with a total value of USD $5,000 or more (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees) will receive one (1) RTIC® Cooler as a free gift, subject to these terms and conditions.
Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 12:01 AM on August 01, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM August 31, 2024, or while supplies last. All times are U.S. Eastern Time. Orders must be placed within this timeframe to qualify for the promotion.
Gift Details
The free gift consists of a RTIC® Cooler. The gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Customers can choose between white/grey and cool grey/dark grey colored coolers.
Delivery of Gift
The free gift will be shipped to the U.S. address associated with the qualifying purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. KLINGSPOR is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Limitations
Limit one (1) free gift per eligible U.S.-based customer. If the qualifying order is canceled or returned, the customer must also return the free gift in its original, unused condition. Failure to return the gift, or return of a used or damaged gift, may result in the customer being charged the full retail value of the gift.
General Conditions
KLINGSPOR reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from being conducted as planned. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond KLINGSPOR's reasonable control that impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by KLINGSPOR in its sole discretion.
Privacy
Participation in the promotion constitutes consent for KLINGSPOR to collect and use personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and for other purposes as outlined in KLINGSPOR’s privacy policy.
Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. The liability of KLINGSPOR is limited to the retail value of the RTIC® cooler. In no event shall KLINGSPOR be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, regardless of the theory of liability, arising from or in connection with the promotion, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this promotion shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of North Carolina in each case located in the city of Hickory and County of Catawba, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
