These loadings are meant for vonnegut polishing heads. The slashed pattern offers more flexibility when contouring shapes. PS 22 consists of aluminum oxide grain with closed coating and resin bonded to F-weight paper backing. This closed coating allows the grain to cover the entire backing, providing the most aggressiveness and finest finishes, as well as ensuring a long service life and high stock removal rate. It uses advanced coating technology (ACT) - a special form of coating to reduce loading and improve finish. The PS 22 is useful for grinding and polishing on metals as well as finish sanding on hardwoods and leather.
