Plan, develop and implement recruitment and staffing strategies for assigned departments with special emphasis on well qualified and diverse pool of candidates.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate with hiring manager the specific location of the position to be filled.
- Coordinate placement of ads with Job Boards, Internet, and Intranet
- Receive resume/applications in HR by fax or email and screen candidates that meet the criteria for position
- Forward potential candidates resumes to hiring manager for review.
- Conduct phone interview with candidates chose by hiring manager to gather information regarding education, work experience and history, job skills, salary expectations.
- Coordinate face to face interview for hiring manager. On occasion recruiter may require face to face interviewing
- Check references and if necessary schedule a second interview for hiring manager
- Supervise hiring process, testing, and pre-employment requirements to ensure adherence to all EEO legislation, ADA, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other government compliance requirements.
- Coordinate pre-employment drug screen and MVR Checks
- Maintain necessary paperwork and files covering applications, interviews and testing procedures
- Coordinate with other HR representatives the offer letter and orientation package to be mailed to candidate.
- Work with hiring manager to assure that orientation and training during evaluation period is being completed.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation to improve retention rate.
- Complete follow-up evaluations during the first 60 days, with new employee on orientation, and training. Keeping an open communication with hiring managers to retain employee and make sure they are a match for the positions.
Qualifications
- Prefer Business degree or 2 to 4 years equivalent experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of equal employment opportunity laws, ADA and other government compliance regulations.
- Excellent oral, written, and interviewing skills are a must.

Compensation
Base Salary + Commissions + Monthly sales bonus program
Plus a Guaranteed Additional On-boarding commissions pay for the first 10 months

Qualifications/Responsibilities
Team player with a positive and winning attitude
Self-Starter
Basic computer skills
Communications skills to develop prospective customers and maintain current customers
Ability to work entire sales process from prospecting to close
Knowledge of or ability to learn about products used in body shops.
Experience in the industry a plus, however, not a requirement.
Requirements
An insurable driving record
Candidate MUST live within the territory
Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Card physical exam. CDL not required
Ability to lift boxes weighing an approximate maximum weight of 65lbs.
