Our Referral Rewards Program is designed to thank our customers for recommending our abrasives products to other businesses. Quality referrals are one of the best compliments we can receive, and we want to reward both the referring customer and the new customer for doing business with us.

How It Works
1. Submit a referral form
Use the simple form on this page to refer to us! The referrer can also send a referral through their sales representative or email the required information to customer service.
2. Company places their first order
As a new customer, the company gets 10% off their first qualifying order. This discount applies to their initial purchase only. It cannot be combined with other introductory offers unless approved.
3. Get 20% off of a future purchase
After a referred company places their first qualifying order and sends payment, you will receive 20% off one future order. This discount applies to one order up to a maximum discount value determined by company policy.
Terms & Conditions
This program is open to all active customers of KLINGSPOR Abrasives USA in good standing.
Referrals must be businesses that have not purchased from KLINGSPOR within the past 12 months.
Referrals must be end-user customers. Dealers (including, without limitation, distributors, resellers, and other trade purchasers) are ineligible, except where KLINGSPOR elects to include them in its sole discretion.
To introduce a company to KLINGSPOR, the referrer may provide required information through KLINGSPOR's online referral form, a factory sales representative, or by emailing orders@klingspor.com. There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can submit.
A referral must include the following details about the referee:
- Name of company
- Name of preferred person to contact
- Phone number
- Email address
- Zip code
After a referral is submitted, a sales representative will use this information to contact the referral.
New customers referred through KLINGSPOR's program receive 10% off their first qualifying order. This discount applies to their first purchase only. The discount cannot be combined with other introductory offers unless approved. Referral rewards expire after 12 months if unused.
After the new customer places their first qualifying order and sends payment, the referrer will receive 20% off one future order. This discount applies to one order up to a maximum discount value determined by company policy.
KLINGSPOR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.
The referral discounts are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or assigned by the recipient. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at KLINGSPOR's discretion.
This program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The terms and conditions of this program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal action arising out of this program shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in North Carolina.
