Flush Trim bits are designed to be used to trim flush laminate work or template work. The bearing follows the template and the cutter trims the workpiece. Bearing is on the bottom end (away from the shank) of the bit. Overhang Trim Bits have an oversized bearing, providing an overhang between the edge of the cutting surface and template. Carbide tipped. Double flute.
