Product Details
Use the CS 321 Abrasive Disc for outstanding abrasive performance on hard and difficult-to-machine materials. It's ideal for wet grinding but is also suitable for dry grinding. Other properties include a resin bond, closed coating, and cotton cloth backing to strengthen the product, increase aggressiveness, and lengthen service life. KLINGSPOR's CS 321 products have self-sharpening, waterproof silicon carbide on X-weight cloth backing for grinding and polishing of glass, non-ferrous metals, plastics, stone, marble, grey cast iron, and titanium. It is specially treated for use with water or water-based coolants. A pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) is applied to the backing of the abrasive for easy application and removal to and from a backup pad. Also known as sticky back or peel-and-stick, the user can just peel off the seal and apply the abrasive with pressure onto the pad.
