This planer belt is perfect for heavy stock removal. It works well for grinding stainless steel, spring steel, titanium and other hard steels and for dimensioning of wood. It may also be used for heavy stock removal of plastic, rubber, glass and stone or concrete products. CS411 Y-weight planer belts have sharp alumina zirconia grain, are resin-bonded, with polyester backings for high pressure, heavy stock removal on all types of metal, especially carbon and tool steels. Polyester backings can be used wet or dry.
