The CS 811 Abrasive Belt consistently provides high quality results on metals, especially for applications involving heavy loads. To fortify it, the abrasive belt is designed with a backing made of tear-resistant and waterproof Y-weight polyester. Performs wet or dry. It is covered in tough and self-sharpening alumina zirconia, which is closed coated with advanced coating technology (ACT) - a special form of coating to reduce loading and improve finish. The exceptionally high aggressiveness and superior performance make this belt suitable for rough sanding, deburring, and edge sanding. Its properties make it possible to treat the surfaces of castings, tubes and rolls, forging and flame-cut parts, tools, turbine blades, and machine components with ultimate precision.
