The Dynacushion® Pneumatic Wheel is an inflatable rubber wheel that adapts to the surface for contouring. This places more abrasive material on the surface for faster, more consistent stock removal. The aggressiveness of the cutting action is easily controlled by adjusting the wheel’s air pressure. Using the Dynacushion® helps to eliminate typical finishing problems such as gouging, wheel marks, and “chatter.” It is great for assisting in a variety of grinding and finishing applications on metal, wood, plastic, ceramics, fiberglass, composites, and more. With a heavy duty aluminum hub, it is precision machined for balance run-out and thread quality. Dynacushion® is compatible with various Dynabrade tools, sanders, and grinders. Made for 3" W x 7-3/8" L abrasive belts. 9,000 RPM maximum operating speed. 1" maximum arbor spindle length. NOTE: To avoid marking the workpiece, do not over-inflate the pneumatic wheel. Also, keep the power tool straight so the wheel does not tip.
