O-flute bits are ideal for working with plastics, thin aluminum (ACM), other soft metals, and starboard. Spiral O-flute evacuates shavings very efficiently. Spiral router bits have milled angled flutes that spiral around the circumference of the bit, which provides more efficient chip ejection.
