The PS 33 Abrasive Roll is perfect for sanding where loading is a problem. With stearate and semi-open coating, the aluminum oxide grain is durable and prohibits loading, thus extending service life and maintaining a high removal rate. Although strong, this abrasive remains flexible, perfectly contouring to the surface to be finished. PS 33 abrasives are highly recommended for bare wood sanding, autobody use, sanding of bare metal, primer, primer surfacer, between coats of paint, and sanding of solid surface materials. It is also excellent for fiberglass, varnish, plastic, and rubber. The product utilizes Kling-on, KLINGSPOR’s version of hook & loop fasteners. The soft and fuzzy backing (loops) attaches strongly to the rough side (hooks) of a tool to prevent slippage. This type of backing is reusable, tear resistant, makes changes quick and easy, allows the abrasive product to run cooler, and more.
