The CS 811 Abrasive Roll consistently provides high quality results on metals, especially for applications involving heavy loads. Thanks to the tear-resistant and waterproof Y-weight polyester backing, the abrasive performs well in both wet and dry applications. It is covered in tough and self-sharpening alumina zirconia, which is closed coated with advanced coating technology (ACT) - a special form of coating to reduce loading and improve finish. Its properties make it possible to treat the surfaces of castings, tubes and rolls, forging and flame-cut parts, tools, turbine blades, and machine components with ultimate precision.
