The Dynacushion® Pneumatic Wheel with Universal Bore is an inflatable rubber wheel that adapts to the surface for contouring. This places more abrasive material on the surface for faster, more consistent stock removal. The aggressiveness of the cutting action is easily controlled by adjusting the wheel’s air pressure. Using the Dynacushion® helps to eliminate typical finishing problems such as gouging, wheel marks, and “chatter.” It is great for assisting in a variety of grinding and finishing applications on metal, wood, plastic, ceramics, fiberglass, composites, and more. The composite hub is lightweight, allowing easier operation. Dynacushion® is compatible with various Dynabrade tools, sanders, and grinders. Made for 3-1/2" W x 15-1/2" L abrasive belts. 3,500 RPM maximum operating speed. 2" minimum arbor spindle length. NOTE: To avoid marking the workpiece, do not over-inflate the pneumatic wheel. Also, keep the power tool straight so the wheel does not tip.
